Our kits are digital downloads delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once downloaded. For that reason, sales are generally final.

We'll always put things right if something is wrong. If a file is faulty, won't open, or isn't what was described, email wellplacedhome.help@gmail.com or contact us within 30 days of purchase and we'll send a working file or give you a full refund.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under the consumer laws of your country.
